1. The Promoter is: Flock by nature Ltd (company no. 9970280) whose registered office is at The Old Mill Yard, Melbourne Street, Bratton, BA13 4RJ
2. The contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this contest, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
5. Closing date for entry will be Saturday 2nd December 2017, midnight GMT.
6. CONTEST RULES AND HOW TO ENTER:
During the Contest period, you will have the opportunity to win small prizes at random (“random prizes”) by submitting a valid email address through the Share a Little Light sign up page
Email addresses must be verified by clicking on the link contained in a verification email which will be sent to all entrants
The contest runs for 4 consecutive weeks:
– Week 1: Sunday 5th November 2017 to Saturday 11th November 2017: A single Flock Serenity tea-light will be awarded to 10 randomly selected, verified email addresses. Winners will be selected and notified on Sunday 12th November 2017.
– Week 2: Sunday 12th November 2017 to Saturday 18th November 2017: to be confirmed
– Week 3: Sunday 19th November 2017 to Saturday 25th November 2017: to be confirmed
– Week 4: Sunday 26th November 2017 to Saturday 2nd December 2017: to be confirmed
For each valid email address received during the contest period the Promoter will donate £0.50 to the Flock Fund up to a total value of £150.
You will also have the opportunity to generate unique links to send to your family and friends (“Contacts”) that you would like to refer the promoter to. As more and more of your referred Contacts sign-up for the promoter’s services, you stand to win more exciting Rewards (“Referral Rewards”). In order to constitute a valid referral, your Contacts must: 1) sign up for the promoters services during the Contest Period; 2) use a valid email address to sign up; and 3) not already have an account with the promoter. Each valid referral will be marked as an Entry in the Contest.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you may make per day for the duration of the Contest Period. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
7. REFERRAL REWARDS: On or about Sunday 3rd December, the Promoter will tally the number of eligible Entries received through each referring party.
– If you refer at least five (5) Contacts that become eligible Entries, you will receive a free pair of Hazel Alpaca and Merino Lounge socks.
– If you refer at least ten (10) Contacts that become eligible Entries, you will receive a voucher to the value of fifty pounds (£50) redeemable against any Flock by nature sweater or cardigan.
– If you refer twenty-five (25) or more Contacts that become eligible Entries, you will receive a free Phoebe Merino Raglan Sweater
The rewards are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The rewards are not transferable. Rewards are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners of the random prizes will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
This section is only applicable to referring parties that qualify for a Referral Reward. The promoter will attempt to notify the potential winner(s) via email on or about 3rd December 2017. If you are eligible for a Reward, you will be notified by email. You will be required to respond to us within five (5) days of the date of notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim your Reward. If you cannot be contacted, or you fail to respond appropriately within the required time period, or the Reward is returned as undeliverable, you forfeit your Reward. If you are at least eighteen (18) but are still considered a minor in your jurisdiction of residence, the Promoter reserves the right to place the Reward in the name of your parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign the Declaration of Claim on your behalf and fulfill any other requirements imposed on you set forth herein. Receiving a Reward of any type is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements and compliance with these Rules. In the event that a Reward recipient is disqualified for any reason, the Promoter is not obliged to provide an alternate Reward, or extend the Contest Period in any way.
9. Flock by nature Ltd shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
10. Flock by nature Ltd also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
11. The contest and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
12. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the contest will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
