To ensure your Flock sweater or cardigan* remains a treasured part of your wardrobe for as long as possible, we offer a complimentary repair service for any minor damage that may befall your garment.

The types of damage we can repair include:

◊ small holes (incl. moth damage),

◊ loose threads

◊ drags etc.

Our complimentary service includes postage.

For enquiries, please contact us directly on info@flockbynature.co.uk. Depending on the nature of the damage, we may ask for photos in advance in order to advise accurately whether it is something we can fix.

Repairs may take 2-3 weeks from receipt however we will do our best to get your knitwear back to you as soon as possible.
