Wearing an eye mask can reduce the time taken to fall asleep, increases sleep duration and improves sleep quality. Our masks are lined with 100% silk which not only blocks out the light but allows the delicate skin around the eyes to breathe.

The masks are padded with organic cotton to ensure a snug, comfy fit and a silk encased headband is designed to fit all head sizes.

Each eye mask comes in a hand sewn organic muslin draw string bag to protect it, either at home or travelling.
