Delivery
Deliveries within the UK:
◊ Orders under £50.00: delivery will be charged at £3.90
◊ Orders over £50.00: Free of Charge.
◊ Delivery is via Royal Mail 1st class service and the order will be received within 2-3 working days
◊ All orders over £25 will be shipped via Royal Mail UK Signed For service and a signature is required on delivery
◊ If a faster delivery service is required e.g. Next Day, please email us at info@flockbynature.co.uk or call on 07808 280524. Additional delivery charges may be applied.
International Orders:
◊ Shipping to Europe: £8.00
◊ Shipping to Rest of World: £20.00
◊ Orders shipped outside of the U.K may be subject to further duty and taxes. These are to be paid by the customer. These charges vary from country to country so please contact your local custom’s agent to inquire of any additional duty & taxes that you may be liable for. In the event additional duty and taxes are due, the shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time.
Returns
We hope that your item brings you much joy but if you are not completely satisfied we will be happy to offer a full refund or exchange. The item must be returned in a new, unworn and unwashed condition complete with the original packaging and tags within 14 days of receiving them.

Refunds can only be credited to the original payment card or PayPal™ account. The refunded amount will include all shipping costs

To arrange a free return:

2. We will send you a returns label.
3. Print and attach the label to the outside of the package and take to your nearest CollectPlus store. The shopkeeper will scan the parcel and give you a receipt. Please retain this receipt as proof of posting.

Orders
When placing an order, all the details you provide us must be true and accurate. Any inaccurate details may be deemed a breach of Terms and Conditions of use.
You must be an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Unfortunately there may be occasions where we are unable to accept an order or must cancel an order (for example, due to lack of available stock) and we therefore reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason without liability.
Where an order has been refused or cancelled and payment has been taken from you, we will notify you and ensure that a full refund is returned within 14 days

Pricing
All prices are as shown on the website. The price is inclusive of VAT. The prices do not include delivery charges. A Total purchase price including VAT, delivery and other charges, if any, will be displayed in the shopping cart prior to confirming the order.

We cannot guarantee pricing for any length of time and unfortunately should the price of an item be reduced after your order has been placed, we are unable to re-imburse you the difference.
Import duties, taxes and customs fees may be applicable for deliveries outside of the UK. It is your responsibility to ensure these are paid and that any customs policies are adhered to.
Promotions & Offer Codes
Promotions and promotion codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion code or offers unless otherwise stated and are only valid for a limited time. There is no cash alternative.
Any promotional pricing of an item does not include delivery charges. Our delivery and other charges, if any, will be displayed in your shopping cart prior to confirmation of your order.
Product Images and descriptions
We have made every effort to ensure that items are portrayed and described accurately however slight variations may occur in our items. Subtle variations in colour & weight may occur due to the bespoke nature of our yarn and the manufacturing processes, some of which may be completed by hand. Additionally the colours you will see will depend on the display and brightness of your computer screen.
We endeavour to ensure measurements are as accurate as possible however minimal tolerances are accepted as part of the manufacturing process.

When you shop on our website, we will need to collect personal information from you. This is so we can process your order, notify you of dispatch or advise you of any delays or problems with your order.
The following information will be collected purely for the purposes of processing your order: Your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and mobile number.
We do not hold any of your payment, credit or debit card information. Payments using credit or debit cards are processed through the Stripe payment gateway. This is a secure gateway and your credit /debit card information is not passed onto or held by us.
PayPal payments are processed directly by PayPal and we do not have access to any details other than your name, date of payment and amount.
